legitimaci\u00f3n de los contratos colectivos de trabajo ante el Centro Federal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Registro Laboral<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42acb83 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"42acb83\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El pasado 06 de marzo de 2023 el Centro Federal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Registro Laboral, public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el Acuerdo por el que se da a conocer el plazo para el registro y desahogo de los procedimientos de legitimaci\u00f3n de contratos colectivos vigentes.<\/p><p>El acuerdo ratifica, que la fecha para el registro de Legitimaci\u00f3n de los Contratos Colectivos de Trabajo existentes vence el 1\u00b0 de mayo de 2023, tal y como se estableci\u00f3 en el Transitorio D\u00e9cimo Primero del Decreto de Reforma publicado el pasado 1\u00b0 de mayo de 2019.<\/p><p>Asimismo, el Acuerdo establece que la fecha para el desahogo de las consultas relativas a los procedimientos de legitimaci\u00f3n de contratos colectivos de trabajo ya existentes y que fueron registradas al 1\u00b0 de mayo de 2023 vence el 31 de julio de 2023.<\/p><p>La falta de legitimaci\u00f3n de los Contratos Colectivos de Trabajo existentes dentro del plazo fijado al 1\u00b0 de mayo de 2023, tendr\u00e1 por efecto que se tengan por terminados, conserv\u00e1ndose en beneficio de los trabajadores las prestaciones y condiciones de trabajo superiores a la Ley que estuvieren vigentes.<\/p><p>Para cualquier duda, comentario o pregunta favor de
