data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n del 15 de septiembre de 2017 se public\u00f3 el decreto por el que se reforman y adicionan los art\u00edculos 16, 17 y 73 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, que, entre otras cosas, adicion\u00f3 la fracci\u00f3n XXX del art\u00edculo 73 de la Carta Magna que faculta al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n para expedir la legislaci\u00f3n \u00fanica en materia procesal civil y familiar.<\/p><p>Tal es el antecedente del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Civiles y Familiares publicado en el Diario Oficial del 7 de junio de 2023, que consta de 1191 art\u00edculos y mediante el cual se modifica el sistema de impartici\u00f3n de justicia en materias civil y familiar, en el \u00e1mbito nacional y en las entidades federativas, previa gesti\u00f3n de los procedimientos legislativos correspondientes en los respectivos Congresos. Adem\u00e1s, abroga el C\u00f3digo Federal de Procedimientos Civiles y la normatividad adjetiva de aplicaci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p><p>This new code became effective on June 8, 2023, but its full application, both in federal and local areas, must be implemented gradually, within a period that must not exceed April 1\u00ba, 2027.\u00a0<\/p><p>The explanatory statement of the National Code of Civil and Family Procedures justifies its creation, fundamentally, in the need to create the legal framework so that daily justice resolves day-to-day conflicts, in a simple, prompt and close manner, with the same procedures and uniform criteria throughout the national territory.<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">At Cornejo, M\u00e9ndez, Gonz\u00e1lez y Duarte we keep up to date in national and international legal environments, to benefit the interests of our clients.
