elementor-size-default\">Se aprueba la reforma a la constituci\u00f3n para reducir la jornada laboral a 40 horas semanales.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0ee894 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0ee894\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Con fecha 3 de Marzo del 2026, se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n, el Decreto que reforma por el que se reforman las fracciones IV y XI del Apartado A del Art\u00edculo 123 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en materia de reducci\u00f3n de la jornada laboral.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">El decreto arriba se\u00f1alado, entr\u00f3 en vigor el d\u00eda 4 de Marzo del 2026. Algunos puntos importantes por considerar sobre la reforma son los siguientes:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Se reduce la jornada laboral de 48 horas a 40 horas a la semana. La aplicaci\u00f3n de la reducci\u00f3n de la jornada ser\u00e1 progresiva. Se reducir\u00e1n dos horas al a\u00f1o hasta llegar al a\u00f1o 2030, quedando de la siguiente manera:<br \/>a. 2027: 46 horas semanales.<br \/>b. 2028: 44 horas semanales.<br \/>c. 2029: 42 horas semanales.<br \/>d. 2030: 40 horas semanales.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La reforma se aplicar\u00e1 de manera general para todas las empresas y todos los puestos de trabajo. No debe haber reducci\u00f3n de salarios.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Se mantiene la distribuci\u00f3n de la jornada de trabajo en seis d\u00edas a la semana, con un d\u00eda de descanso por lo menos, lo que deja como opci\u00f3n laborar 8 horas diarias 5 d\u00edas a la semana y que los trabajadores gocen 2 d\u00edas de descanso.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Esta reforma es una modificaci\u00f3n constitucional, por lo que el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n deber\u00e1 emitir las reformas pertinentes a la Ley Federal del Trabajo en los 90 d\u00edas siguientes a partir de la publicaci\u00f3n del Decreto en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La jornada extraordinaria ser\u00e1 de hasta 12 horas a la semana y no podr\u00e1 laborarse m\u00e1s de 4 veces a la semana y no m\u00e1s de 4 horas diarias. Los menores de 18 a\u00f1os no podr\u00e1n trabajar horas extras.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Precisamos que, durante 2026, la jornada de trabajo se mantendr\u00e1 en 48 horas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Nuestra recomendaci\u00f3n es que este a\u00f1o de transici\u00f3n se utilice para planificar la mejor forma de aplicar la reforma en las
