In compliance with the Federal Law for Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Individuals/Entities (“Law”) and its regulations, we inform you that Cornejo, Méndez, González y Duarte, S.C., (“CMGD”), with its registered office at Montes Urales 415, 3-A, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec, C.P. 11000, Mexico City, ensuring the privacy, integrity, confidentiality and the right to informative self-determination, is responsible of the use and protection of personal data provided by you in the terms specified herein.
Information.– The personal data provided by you to CMGD either through our website, written and/or by telephone, will be protected, and CMGD will adopt the corresponding security, administrative, technical and physical measures required for that matter. The data that we may obtain by these means are your name, address, telephone number and email (the “Personal Data”). Depending on the services you request, you may be asked for additional personal information, which we will communicate to you in those cases. By virtue of this document, you hereby express your consent to the processing of the Personal Data provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice made available to you.
Intended use of information.– The information provided as Personal Data will be used for the following purposes: (i) identification and verification, (ii) contact, (iii) provide services you have requested, (iv) notify you of new services, (v) report any changes in the services, (vi) improve the quality of the provided services, (vii) evaluate the quality of our products and/or services, (viii) news and bulletins and, (ix) billing of our services. All persons who have provided their personal data will have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (“ARCO” Rights), established in the Law and its regulations. This means that you have the right to access your personal data and the details of the treatment of your information, as well as to rectify it if the information is inaccurate, or instruct us to cancel it if you consider it is excessive or unnecessary for the purposes for which it was provided, or oppose the treatment of your personal data for specific purposes. You also have the right to withdraw your consent granted to CMGD at any time.

“ARCO” Rights.– The request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, or your revocation of consent, must include your full name and address or, if applicable, the legal representative’s data. It must also specify the means for receiving notifications and, in a clear manner, the personal data for which you request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, establishing the reasons for which you wish to access your personal data or the reasons why your data should be rectified or canceled. With the request, you must present an official ID, and in case of a legal representative, he must present the document that states he is acting on behalf of the Corporation/individual. In accordance with Article 32 of the Law, the department in charge of your personal data has a period of 20 days counted from the receipt of the request to answer the procedure. This period may be extended for an equal period of time, notifying the reasons for the extension by the means you have indicated for this purpose. When answering the request, and in accordance with the right of access, the department in charge of your personal data will provide the information or personal data you request by means of simple copies or electronic documents.
No Transfer.– CMGD agrees not to transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases established in Article 37 of the Law.
Use of Cookies – The CMGD website does not use cookies, web beacons or other similar technologies to monitor your Internet user behavior or collect personal data of any kind.
Changes of the Privacy Notice.– CMGD reserves the right to change this Privacy Notice at any time. If any change is made to the Privacy Notice, you will be notified through our website. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico City, and any dispute shall be settled in the courts located in Mexico City.
